Technical Intern – Solutions Engineering (Federal)

About the Role
We’re seeking a technically adept intern to support our federal-facing Solutions Engineering and Advisory efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with technology while also engaging with customers.
You’ll help demonstrate Credo AI’s platform, support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments, and contribute to technical conversations with federal stakeholders—particularly in cybersecurity-aligned environments.
What You’ll Do
Support live product demos and tailor technical walkthroughs for federal audiences
Assist in building and running Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for prospective customers
Help configure and test Credo AI’s platform in real-world use cases
Partner with Solutions Engineers and Advisors on customer engagements
Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-friendly explanations
Contribute to demo environments, documentation, and technical assets
What We’re Looking For
Interest in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or governance/risk/compliance (GRC)
Basic technical foundation (e.g., APIs, data structures, cloud concepts, or Python)
Strong communication skills—ability to explain technical ideas clearly
Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
U.S. security clearance
Nice to Have
Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP)
Experience with demos, technical presentations, or customer-facing work
Prior internship or academic project in a technical field
