Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
· Exhibit top notch interaction with every customer to provide a memorable customer experience by providing superior customer service
· Provide administrative support, including answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
· Manage social media marketing efforts & prepare advertisements for events, sales, etc.
· Process all AFT inquiries
· Conduct all phone calls regarding background checks to customers
· Manage gun vault with all pending and ready for pick up firearms
· Maintain all file systems for firearms paperwork, including: 4473 files (current & archive), vendor files, FFL email in-box, etc.
· Submit clothing inventory orders & process receiving
· Compile weekly timecards in preparation for submitting payroll & file weekly payroll
· Store housekeeping: bathroom, eating area, floors, coffee station, dusting, etc.
· Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, protocols, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, & holidays
Desired Skills & Abilities:
· Motivated, self-starter, with great organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
