Position Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Intern who is interested in building practical skills in bookkeeping and general accounting. This role is open to anyone with an interest in the field—no prior experience required. You will work in person at our Lacey, Washington office and gain hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with our team to support day-to-day operations, including:

Assisting with bookkeeping tasks and account reconciliations
Recording expenses and preparing basic financial reports
Helping maintain client files and workflow systems
Providing general administrative support as needed

What You’ll Learn

You will gain hands-on experience with:

Basic bookkeeping workflows
Client communication best practices
QuickBooks navigation and data-entry accuracy
Professional processes within an accounting/tax practice
