Job Title:  Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

·         Exhibit top notch interaction with every customer to provide a memorable customer experience by providing superior customer service

·         Provide administrative support, including answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.

·         Manage social media marketing efforts & prepare advertisements for events, sales, etc.

·         Process all AFT inquiries

·         Conduct all phone calls regarding background checks to customers

·         Manage gun vault with all pending and ready for pick up firearms

·         Maintain all file systems for firearms paperwork, including: 4473 files (current & archive), vendor files, FFL email in-box, etc.

·         Submit clothing inventory orders & process receiving

·         Compile weekly timecards in preparation for submitting payroll & file weekly payroll

·         Store housekeeping: bathroom, eating area, floors, coffee station, dusting, etc.

·         Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, protocols, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Must be at least 21 years of age

·         Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, & holidays

Desired Skills & Abilities:

·         Motivated, self-starter, with great organizational skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Job Title: Sales Associate / Range Attendant

Job Type: Full-time

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

o   Provide a memorable experience through superior customer service by providing top notch interaction with every customer, every time – greeting each customer, inquiring as to their visit or assist in finding something, answer product questions, etc.

o   Selling through customer engagement

o   Cash handling/conduct sales transactions using POS system

o   Conduct firearms transactions including 4473 paperwork & conducting background checks using the WA State Background Check System (SAFE)

o   Open & close functions – daily till management, lock & secure doors/gun cabinets, sweep/mop, empty garbage, store housekeeping: bathroom, eating area, floors, coffee station, dusting, etc.

o   Enhance the security of firearms and equipment on the range for shooter safety

o   Conduct basic inspection of all range sections, including backstops, target cable system and frames, downrange area, flag systems, etc. and conduct daily range cleaning

o   Assist customers with appropriate lane and target operation

o   Know and follow emergency response plans when required

o   Stock products and assist with receiving inventory

o   Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, protocols, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

o   Must be at least 21 years of age

o   Must pass background check and meet Federal requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions

o   Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, & holidays
