Who We Are

Quantify 360 Solutions, Inc. (Q360S) is a vendor-neutral technology advisory firm headquartered in Olympia, Washington. Founded and led by Jason Doudt, a U.S. Navy veteran with 15 years of enterprise technology experience, Q360S was built on a straightforward belief: businesses deserve objective guidance when navigating the increasingly complex world of technology. We don’t represent any single vendor. We represent our clients.

We source from a portfolio of 600+ vetted technology solution providers across connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, unified communications, AI integration, and emerging technology, giving every client access to the full market, not just the options a single provider wants to sell them.

The Problem We Solve

Most small and mid-sized businesses are overpaying for technology they don’t fully understand, locked into contracts that no longer serve them, or making decisions without a complete picture of what’s available. They don’t have a dedicated CTO on staff, and the vendors knocking on their door all have something to sell. Q360S steps in as an independent advisor, benchmarks what they have, identifies the gaps, and recommends the right solutions from across the full market landscape.

Our advisory services come at no upfront cost when a technology solution is the outcome. We earn our compensation from the providers we place, not from our clients. That model keeps us honest, keeps our recommendations objective, and keeps our clients coming back.

What an Internship With Q360S Looks Like

Q360S is in an active growth phase, building a structured business development team from the ground up. As an intern, you won’t be answering phones or shadowing from the sidelines. You’ll be learning and executing the real work of consultative technology sales, including prospecting, client research, CRM management, discovery conversations, solution positioning, and pipeline development.

Our internship program is built around a structured 120-day development framework with clear milestones, weekly coaching, and skill tracking across nine professional dimensions. You’ll work alongside experienced advisors, earn recognized industry certifications through Intelisys University, Google, and IBM Skills Builder, and build a foundation that translates directly into a career in technology sales, business development, or consulting.

Why Veterans Thrive Here

The skills that make someone effective in uniform, discipline, mission focus, clear communication, and the ability to execute under pressure, are exactly what consultative sales demands. We don’t need to teach you how to show up. We teach you the industry, the tools, and the process. You bring the rest.

Q360S is veteran-owned and built with a deep respect for the transition you’re making. We know the civilian career landscape can feel ambiguous after years of structured service. Our goal is to give you a clear path, real skills, and a team that invests in your growth from day one.

Our Mission

To empower businesses to make smarter technology decisions through vendor-neutral advisory, AI integration guidance, and strategic consulting, with an advisor whose success is tied directly to theirs.

Internship Overview

This residency is designed for active duty service members from any branch of the U.S. military who are transitioning to civilian life and ready to build a high-impact second career in technology consulting and advisory sales.

Over six months, you will learn and practice the full lifecycle of a consultative technology advisor, from identifying and engaging business decision-makers, to diagnosing their technology challenges, sourcing solutions from a marketplace of 600+ vetted providers, and guiding clients from first conversation through signed implementation. This is not a classroom program. You will be doing real work, managing real client relationships, and building a real book of business alongside experienced advisors.

The discipline, mission focus, and leadership you developed in uniform are exactly what this career demands. We will teach you the industry. You bring the rest.

What You Will Learn and Do

Client Prospecting & Business Development You will learn to identify ideal client profiles, build targeted prospect lists, and execute outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone. You will develop a pipeline from scratch using Zoho CRM and learn how to manage a full sales funnel with discipline and consistency.

Discovery & Needs Assessment You will learn how to lead structured discovery conversations with IT directors, technology coordinators, CFOs, and C-Suite executives, asking the right questions to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and technology gaps that clients may not have fully articulated themselves. This is the most critical skill in advisory sales, and the one that separates trusted advisors from vendors pushing products.

Solution Research & Development You will learn to research and evaluate technology solutions across connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, unified communications, AI integration, and managed services, matching client needs to the right provider from a vendor-neutral portfolio. You are never locked into recommending a single brand. Your job is to find what actually fits.

Proposal Creation & Presentation You will learn to build clear, professional proposals and present them with confidence to business leadership. You will learn to articulate value, address objections, and guide decision-makers toward a solution that serves their organization, not a quota.

Client Lifecycle Management You will manage your client relationships from first contact through implementation and beyond. You will learn account management best practices, follow-up cadence, and how to build the kind of long-term advisory relationships that generate referrals, renewals, and expanded engagements.

CRM & Data Management Every client interaction, every touchpoint, and every pipeline update lives in the CRM. You will develop the discipline of accurate, consistent data management, because in consultative sales, your pipeline is your business.

Technology Fluency You will build working knowledge across the major technology categories our clients buy, not at an engineer’s depth, but at an advisor’s depth. Enough to ask the right questions, evaluate the right solutions, and speak credibly with technical leadership. You will earn recognized industry certifications through Intelisys University, Google Skills Builder, and IBM Skills Builder as part of your development.
