Location(s): This role will be 40% remote and 60% on-site. Onsite locations include our Renton Admin building, Tacoma, Bellevue, and Capitol Hill Medical Centers as well as some limited travel to our smaller medical centers stretching from Everett to Olympia. Travel to the smaller sites will be infrequent.

Responsibilities: This administrative role will support our specialty divisions operational improvement efforts. The candidate will work closely with the Medical and Surgical Executive Directors to identify and address improvement opportunities in our outpatient clinics.

Basic Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum five (5) years of project management or program management experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of working with senior leadership

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

License, Certification, Registration:

  • N/A

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on challenging and rewarding work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a directly related field within health care
  • Master’s degree in health care administration or related field

Locations(s): This role will be 60% remote and 40% on-site. Work locations include our Renton Admin building, Tacoma Medical Center, Bellevue Medical Center and Capitol Hill Medical Center as the primary on-site clinics. The individual may also need to travel to a few of our smaller locations as needed.

Responsibilities: This administrative role will support the expansion of our Occupational Medicine Service Line. They will work closely with the Clinical Chief and Service Line Director to build the infrastructure needed to support expanded clinical volumes throughout the Washington Market.

  • Minimum five (5) years of project management or program management experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of working with senior leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree

License, Certification, Registration:

  • N/A

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated administrative and technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Programs
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skill for data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Thorough understanding of organizational strategic priorities and understanding of care delivery and/or health care operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on challenging and rewarding work
  • Ability to lead change management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a directly related field within health care
  • Five (5) years of experience in program management within health care
  • Master’s degree in health care administration or related field

Responsibilities: This administrative role will support the development of a podiatry service line in WA. They will partner with the Clinical Chief and Service Line Director to build a comprehensive podiatric medicine program in Western Washington.

Location: internship opportunities are available supporting the Olympia, Tahoma, and King districts. Virtual/work-from-home may be negotiable part time, depending on the work that is selected.

Responsibilities: oversight for an agreed upon assignment, e.g. COVID operations such as vaccine clinic, testing, or provider/staff onboarding. These roles may be customized depending on your experience, interest, and the needs of the Kaiser Permanente team.

Skills & Attributes: administrative, clerical, computer, and strong customer service skills. Willing to learn and be a part of the community effort.

Time Frame: flexible, 3+ months.

Other Requirements: candidates must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status and will need to receive a flu vaccine upon start of assignment. Background check required as part of the pre-hire process.
