A Sales representative is essential in supporting marketing initiatives to communicate and promote our capabilities and services to increase the effectiveness of our sales. Sales position provides a high level of impact to drive lead generation, navigate prospect organizations, and identify and create new qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain a sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and complete information using Salesforce.
2. Provide pricing and quoting for customer services
3. Driving sales process improvement
4. Consult with the client regarding lead generation strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business.
5. Use a data-driven/cause & effect approach to help strategize campaigns and tactics to increase engagement and generate high-quality leads

A Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting in a range of marketing initiatives within an organization. Their duties include tracking analytics for media campaigns, creating posting schedules and advertising promotional activities. (Social media, direct email, and web)

Responsibilities:

1. Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
2. Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
3. Assist in the management of website SEO.
4. Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
5. Create and manage social media groups and assist with online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
6. Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
7. Manage day-to-day email production including campaign creation, QA and deployment.
8. Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

A project manager focuses on developing a program’s objectives and strategies to assess how it will impact their department, business, or organization. For each program, they will define and oversee the projects needed to reach their goals. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. The program manager will be motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
2. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
3. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
4. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
5. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
6. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
7. Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
8. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

S/he leads the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of recruiting and selections tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develops sustainable talent acquisitions and hiring best practices and strategies to identify the best new talent
  2. Develops and executes strategies for identifying active and passive candidates, leveraging proactive sourcing methods and resources such as networking, cold calling, employee referrals, database searches and career fairs
  3. Ensures that all candidates are provided a positive candidate experience through written, verbal, and in-person communications and interactions
  4. Develops, delivers, and maintains standardized full cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency via process effectiveness
  5. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition, and employment law: applies this knowledge to recommend changes in policy, practice, and resources
